Оптимизация сборки зависимостей и исправление кеширования

- Добавлено полное разрешение дерева зависимостей перед сборкой
- Общие зависимости теперь собираются только один раз
- Исправлена работа кеша для подпакетов
- Исправлена обработка системных зависимостей
