Новый логгер: - стандартный `slog/log`; - в качестве красивого бэкенда - [github.com/charmbracelet/log](https://github.com/charmbracelet/log). Новый translate: - [github.com/leonelquinteros/gotext](https://github.com/leonelquinteros/gotext), который использует стандартные po файлы; - [github.com/jeandeaual/go-locale](https://github.com/jeandeaual/go-locale) для определения языка; - `make i18n` для обновления po файлов. closes #15
